A quick and honest take
The location is superb, just a short stroll to the waterfront and historic sites. The room was spacious and immaculate, boasting a magnificent sea view. Breakfast was good, with homemade pastries and eggs made to order. The staff were really good.

This hotel is lovely modern with everything being perfect and amazing value. The staff are competent and extremely helpful and provide an exceptional service. The venue has handy location pretty close to the ferry terminal. Moreover, it is just next door to sights and the Hop on Hop off bus and the Centro.

the location in a fairly nice area was marvellous and there were a market and shops nearby. had nice dainties at the perfectionists' cafe, located steps away from the hotel.

Just a nice choice for a momentary pause in Montevideo with fantastic value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful right from check-in, making my stay more enjoyable. Be prepared for the area to quiet down quickly in the evenings.

Marvellous location, a 10-15 minute walk from Casa de Fructuoso Rivera. Comfy room, particularly good bathroom with a tub. Top-notch service, satisfactory and fine breakfast spread.

The location in the old city is perfect for exploring, with spacious and clean rooms. Friendly staff made the stay enjoyable, but the view from my room was less than ideal, resembling ruins, and I encountered low water pressure in the shower. A good experience.

Stayed at Axsur Design for a couple of nights and really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants and tips for exchanging money. The room was spacious, modern, and had a nice view of the water. The bathroom was stylish but could use a soap dish in the shower. Location was perfect, just a few blocks from pedestrian streets and lovely plazas. I did notice some noise from the street outside, a bit distracting at times. The breakfast was decent, but a bit more variety would be appreciated. A comfortable stay with some minor issues that could enhance the experience.
